The lack of an elevator means you'll be lugging your bags up multiple flights of stairs, which is a hassle—and if you’re not careful, you might miss out on the breakfast items because of poor labeling in the buffet layout. Ultimately, while it has potential, it's not quite the Protea experience you might be hoping for—yet.
